Award Winning Cannabis Dispensary Celebrates 5 Years of Giving Back

We have been running our cannabis dispensary Amesbury and Haverhill operations for five and a half years now and cultivating our own plants for three. In that short time, we somehow became the most award winning cannabis dispensary across the entire Seacoast, Northshore, and Merrimack Valley regions.

We figured out early on that the absolute secret to surviving and thriving in New England is pretty simple. You have to stick to your core principles, be entirely true to your community, and just run an honest, ethical business every single day.

Honestly, the heavy trophies for our cannabis products are awesome, but the community service awards are what really make us emotional around here. Our biggest mission from day one has always been bridging the gap between old school prohibitionists and modern consumers.

It turns out those lines were blurred all along. A lot of local nonprofit leaders, politicians, and municipal figures are actually our neighbors and regulars at each cannabis dispensary Amesbury and Haverhill destination.

Both cities have given our cannabis dispensary Amesbury and Haverhill teams official awards for our volunteerism and community support. Back in 2021, the Haverhill Chamber of Commerce gave us the prestigious John P. Ratka award, named after a legendary Navy veteran.

Amesbury Mayor Kassandra Gove handed our crew an Above and Beyond award, and the Amesbury Council on Aging honored our volunteer work too. We even got recognized by Haverhill long serving former Mayor James J. Fiorentini, who held office for two decades.

Our cannabis dispensary Amesbury and Haverhill team has clocked nearly 3,500 total volunteer hours since 2020. Whether we are watering flowers at local veteran memorials, cleaning up trash around the towns, or feeding local veterans in need, our staff is always out there getting their hands dirty.

Our Snow Angel project digs out seniors and veterans during those brutal New England winters so emergency crews, home health aides, and groceries can actually get to their front doors.

The recent 2025 and 2026 winter seasons brought an absolute mountain of heavy snow, and our backs are honestly still sore from all that shoveling. We are still feeling the pain, but seeing the smiles on our seniors’ faces makes every single ache completely worth it.

We also have a pretty funny story about the USA Today Best of the Seacoast award back in 2023. Our loyal customers voted for us like crazy, and we actually beat out four major Maine operations in a fierce competition.

The corporate attorneys down in New York City initially tried to deny us the trophy because we are a Massachusetts Northshore business, even though USA Today nominated our cannabis dispensary Amesbury and Haverhill business themselves as the only MA store on the list.

We fought hard against those big city lawyers and walked away with that win anyway. We also won the Best of BONS award for best local shop every year since 2023, and we are currently waiting to see if 2026 keeps the streak alive this August.

On the actual product side of things, we took home 1st place at the 2025 NECANN Cup for our incredible Blueberry Mimosa live rosin. Talk about a proud moment for our local cultivation crew.

NECANN also secret shopped our cannabis dispensary Amesbury and Haverhill spots, spying on our staff, our daily deals, and our unique deli style Cannabar. They ended up giving both of our physical stores a prestigious 5 Star Dispensary award.

That rating did not surprise us at all because our budtenders are genuinely amazing human beings who love what they do every day.

After decades of fighting for cannabis rights and enduring some pretty harsh, vile comments between 2014 and 2018, it feels incredible to be embraced so warmly by our local communities.
